Meghan joined Lander & Lander in 2010 as an associate. She concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce and family law, and assists clients in all actions involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification and paternity. She has experience in drafting and preparing numerous pleadings, as well as post-trial matters and oppositions.
Prior to joining Lander & Lander, Meghan participated in, and represented women obtaining and maintaining restraining orders through, the Battered Women's Clinic at Suffolk University Law School as a student attorney certified under S.J.C. Rule 3:03. She also previously interned with the Middlesex Probate & Family Court, and contributed to the American Bar Association publication, "Assisted Reproductive Technology: A Lawyer's Guide to Emerging Law and Science, 2nd Edition" (2011), and to the 2010 Supplement to Alabama Family Law under the guidance of Professor Charles Kindregan.
