Stephen A. MacKenzie joined Lander & Lander in 2017. Stephen focuses his practice on all aspects of family law including high net worth divorce proceedings involving complex marital estates, post-divorce modification and contempt actions, and appellate work. Prior to joining Lander & Lander, Stephen practiced family law at Nigro, Pettepit & Lucas, LLP in Wakefield.
Stephen is a graduate of Northeastern University (B.S. 2002), Suffolk University (M.P.A. 2005) and Valparaiso University School of Law (J.D. 2008). Stephen has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 2008.
Stephen has contributed to material published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE) relating to evidentiary issues in family law and has drafted numerous appellate briefs – most notably on behalf of the Appellee in A.T. v. C.R., 88 Mass. App. Ct. 532 (2015).
